Company SUL/Henge Baustoff, Offenbach, Germany This Terminal for the storage of Cement, Fly ash and similar materials was designed for the Company SUL (Henge Baustoff GmbH in Offenbach) and erected in two sections, the first 3 silos in 1998, the following 3 silos in 1999. Total storage capacity 6 282 m³. Filling of the silos by a pneumatic ship unloader with a capacity 120 t/h, through a special diverter system into the 6 silos. Reliable filters on the silo roofs, a fully automatic electric control and the necessary safety devices guarantee a trouble free operation of the Terminal. The stored materials get loaded into the silo trucks by loading spouts with integrated dust filters for the road transportation to the different end customers. |

Port Sultan Qaboos/Muscat, Sultanate of Oman Besides the first Cement Terminal at Mukalla/Yemen, operating since August 1999, the Raysut Cement Company (SAOG) has gone into operation with its second terminal at Mina Sultan Qaboos on the June 15th, 2000. - A turnkey project, including Civil Engineering. Supplied by special cement vessel from the factory at Salalah, this new Cement Terminal has a storage capacity of 6900 MT, consisting out of 3 bolted type steel silos with a diameter of 12 metres and a total height of 30,5 metres. The silos will be filled pneumatically with the vessel's own conveying system. Road bulkers drive directly underneath of the silos and get loaded within 8-10 minutes, depending on the bulker size. The bagging machine with a capacity of 60 MT/hour, equivalent to 1200 bags/ 50 kg each, guarantees a very short loading time onto trucks & trailers. A fully automatic electric control assures an operation without troubles, the environment will be protected by special modular jet filters which reduce the pollution far below the required level. The time and material intensive road transportations from Salalah to the Northern Region of the Sultanate are now belonging to the past. Designed according to the latest technology, the available small area of only 2500 m² has been used to install the custom made Cement Terminal, providing the best and effective handling of Bulk & Bag Cement of the different types |

Berger Concrete, Deggendorf/River Donau, Germany This Cement Terminal was designed for Berger Beton, commissioned in 2000 at Deggendorf/River Donau. With a Mechanical Ship Off-Loader, Type Siwertel 5000 S, the material will be conveyed into an Intermediate Silo. From there 2 Screw Conveyors will fill the 2 Senders - capacity 10 m³/each - alternately. The pneumatic conveying system - capacity 180 t/h - conveys the material over a distance of approx. 250 m to the 4 Storage Silos with a total capacity of 6500 t. Emptying of the silos via Jet-Loaders into Silo Trucks. The plant runs auto-matically during filling, the regulations for the environment dust protection have been fullfilled far below limit. The Terminal was handed over as a turnkey project. |
